Crested Butte Colorado Tourism

An 1880’s Victorian mining town and Registered National Historic District, Crested Butte is the official “Wildflower Capital of Colorado.” Known for epic mountain biking and hiking trails, visitors will also enjoy picturesque scenery, the rugged peaks of the Rocky Mountains and an abundance of locally owned and operated shops and restaurants.

In nearby Almont and Gunnison, exceptional lake and fly- fishing is available in trophy trout waters and local rivers are made for kayaking and white-water rafting. Lodging is varied and includes cabins, inns, lodges and quaint B&B’s.
